RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

By signing below, I (the Renter) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Condition of Equipment: I have inspected the rental equipment and accept it in the condition presented. I agree to return all equipment in the same condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

2. Assumption of Risk: I understand that bicycle riding involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, and equipment failure. I freely accept all risks associated with using the rental equipment.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release BikeRentalPOS and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims or liability for injury, property damage, or death arising from my use of the rental equipment.

4. Helmet Requirement: I agree to wear the provided helmet at all times while riding.

5. Return Policy: I agree to return all equipment by the agreed return time. Late returns will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

6. Damage Policy: I am responsible for all damage beyond normal wear and tear.
